Woke up, bright and early this morning
I had so many worries, on my mind,
I didn’t think I would make it through the day,
No peace of mind, could I find.
A sweet voice came, and spoke to me
It rang within my ears, saying...
Place all your fears and burdens upon me,
You never have to do it alone.
You never have to do it alone,
Just call upon His Name
You never have to do it alone,
This is why Our Lord, Jesus came.
Cast all your burdens all upon Him,
And just take Him at His Word,
You never have to do it, alone
You never have to do it alone.
I will put my trust in Christ My Savior,
On Him, I will totally depend,
He is my rock, my shield and salvation
I will live for Him, until the end.
You never have to do it alone,
Just call upon His Holy Name

This is why Our Lord, Jesus came.
